Located in Al Barsha South, the park is home to the world’s biggest flower garden with over 45 million blooming flowers across 72,000 square metres showcased in a variety of immense sculptures and designs. Proceed for Global Village in the afternoon. Global Village is the largest seasonal cultural extravaganza in the region that offers visitors an amazing array of festivals, shopping and entertainment in an open-air theme park. This entertainment and shopping destination is open from November through to April and hosts over 70 participating countries presented in over 36 pavilions, with more than 50 fun rides and 26 restaurants offering food from around the world.

confirmation times which are indicated in the activity details.
Most activities are either instantly confirmed or confirmed
within 24 hours.
- What do I get after I book?
- You will receive an Order Summary email,
listing the activities you booked, as well as a separate email
with your e-voucher attached.
- I have booked an activity but I have not
received a confirmation by email. What do I do?
- Please first check your Spam folder then
email care@tripfactory.com.
- Is it possible for me to change or postpone
the travel date once the booking is done?
- Yes, it's possible to make amendments in
your travel arrangements. But make sure that you email us an
amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your
travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be
accepted only in accordance with the respective tour's terms and
conditions.
- Do you offer a selection of hotels or holiday
packages?
- Yes we do offer complete solution for
holidays and packages as well, you can browse our website and
submit your query or book online. We offer assistance to
customize trips as well.
- Which currencies does TripFactory accept?
- We display activity prices in a number of
currencies including USD, HKD, AUD, INR, SGD, AED, EUR, GBP and
more which you can change using the currency drop down menu.
However, we currently only accept transactions in USD, EUR, GBP,
AUD and INR. For all other currencies you will be charged in
USD.
- How can I pay?
- You may choose to pay by credit/debit card,
or PayPal.
- Is my payment secure?
- You can be safe in the knowledge that we're
using third party secure payment gateways to process your
payment. If you choose to 'save card information', your credit
card and debit card details are tokenized and encrypted and
stored securely with our payment gateways.
