Overview

One of the largest malls in the world and home to over 1200 stores. Later proceed to the Top of Burj Khalifa, World's Tallest Tower. Burj Khalifa visit begins in the reception area on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall. Here and throughout your journey, you will be entertained and informed by a multimedia presentation that chronicles Dubai's exotic history and the fascinating story of Burj Khalifa. Begin your vertical ascent to the observation deck in a high-speed elevator, travelling at 10 meters per second. As the doors open on the 124th Floor, floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide a breathtaking unobstructed 360-degree view of the city, desert & ocean. Spend half an hour at the top and then come down, and at 7 pm watch the Dubai Fountains come alive. There is a 10-minute show every 20 minutes and it's lovely to watch the largest fountain in the world.

  • Is it possible for me to change or postpone the travel date once the booking is done?
  • Yes, it's possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. But make sure that you email us an amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective tour's terms and conditions.
  • Do you offer a selection of hotels or holiday packages?
  • Yes we do offer complete solution for holidays and packages as well, you can browse our website and submit your query or book online. We offer assistance to customize trips as well.
  • Which currencies does TripFactory accept?
  • We display activity prices in a number of currencies including USD, HKD, AUD, INR, SGD, AED, EUR, GBP and more which you can change using the currency drop down menu. However, we currently only accept transactions in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and INR. For all other currencies you will be charged in USD.
  • How can I pay?
  • You may choose to pay by credit/debit card, or PayPal.
  • Is my payment secure?
